Our Chambers are located in Mianjin (Brisbane) as are the courts in which we appear most often. We acknowledge traditional owners, the Turrbal and Jagera people, and pay our respects to elders past and present. We acknowledge that the traditional lands of the Turrbal and Jagera people were taken unjustly and we recognise the ongoing and critical importance of reconciliation and redress for past wrongs for them and for all First Nations peoples.

‘8 Petrie Terrace’ Chambers operate out of a converted warehouse called the Jacksons Building in Petrie Terrace in Brisbane, a short walk from the Supreme & District Courts complex.

Their individual profiles demonstrate a wealth of advocacy experience in all areas of public law including criminal/regulatory law, commissions of inquiry, professional disciplinary cases, administrative law, human rights law, environmental law, resources law and judicial review.  Members of ‘8 Petrie Terrace’ Chambers appear regularly in all Courts and Tribunals in Queensland and interstate, including in the High Court of Australia.
